2) Delivery, Risk & Title

2.1 Delivery terms (UK). Default terms are DAP – Delivered At Place (Incoterms® 2020) to your receiving address using parcel networks or pallet carriers.
2.2 Export terms. For international shipments the default is DAP unless otherwise agreed. Under DAP, customs duties, taxes and import fees are payable by you.
2.3 Risk. Risk in goods passes to you upon delivery at the first physical point of receipt (your dock or nominated 3PL).

2.5 Delivery windows (indicative). Parcels: 24–72 hours UK mainland; Pallets: 48–96 hours. Remote areas and peak periods may vary; times are estimates, not guarantees.
2.6 Missed deliveries & re‑delivery. Where a carrier attempts delivery and fails for reasons within your control, re‑delivery/return charges may apply.

3) Shipping Methods

3.1 Packing standards. Items are shipped in manufacturer cartons or protective packaging with void fill. Pallets are banded and wrapped; ASNs available on request.
3.2 Charges. Shipping is charged at cost‑plus based on weight/volumetric or pallet space. Free‑carriage threshold: £200(ex VAT) for mainland UK parcel consignments. Surcharges may apply for liquids/aerosols or oversized items.

6.1 Manufacturer warranties. We pass through manufacturer warranties where offered; we are not the manufacturer.
6.2 Limitation of liability. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the price of the goods supplied under the relevant order; we exclude indirect or consequential loss.
6.3 Product safety & compliance. Goods will carry appropriate markings (e.g., CE/UKCA where required) and English‑language safety information where applicable.
